With its position in a calm locality between the Komořanská and K Vystrkovu streets and in the area of the former Modřany sugar factory, on the very riverside of Vltava, the project offers one of the most marvellous views available in Prague. The valley of Vltava and Berounka rivers forms picturesque scenery for your evening walks or boat cruises.

Transport

Although apparently distant, the locality is easily accessible from Prague centre. Direct connection to Prague’s Main Railway Station (Hlavní nádraží) is available in addition to public transport lines (bus, tram).
